In this online Reiki level 1 course, you will be taught live by Tracy Nova, a Reiki Master Teacher. Here are the subjects you will learn and be able to utilize on your own in Reiki level 1: • History of Usui Reiki (traditional Reiki) • Defines what Reiki is • The 5 Principles of Reiki • 7 Main Chakras • Hands and Feet Chakras • How to open and balance the Chakras • Auric Fields • How to do an Auric scan • Learn the 1st symbol in Reiki • Earthing- how to and why it is important to ground • How to cut cords • How to protect yourself, others, and your space • Introduction on how to use crystals, smudging, and sound • How to perform Reiki You will also receive: • The attunement of the Reiki energies and the 1st symbol • An emailed Certificate as a Reiki Level 1 Practitioner • Reiki Level 1 course through email • Additional reading materials and links (if requested) Emails will also be sent out prior to the class to ensure that everyone is prepared.
