We were all taught to either suppress or hate the parts of ourselves that have become not accepting in the eyes of society, religions, our family, friends, other people… or even bots on social media, and the likes. I am talking about the traumas we went through that we feel ashamed, guilty, and hurt by and I am also talking about the unique parts of ourselves that make us beautifully different that we have suppressed.

Some of us may have even forced ourselves to forget the traumas we went through, forget the parts of us that were not liked by others, that were hurt by others. This made us believe that those parts don’t exist anymore. But in reality, they are buried deep within our bones waiting to be heard, waiting to be healed, waiting to be loved and accepted, waiting to be free!

As a healer and a teacher, I believe it is very important to heal and love those parts of ourselves. To take the time to talk to those parts. Talk to our 6 year old self, talk to those pieces of us that became fragmented, talk to our Soul, our womb so we can welcome and express our authentic truth. Not push away, not be ashamed or afraid of them. But to welcome them back home.

This is what happens: When one goes through a traumatic situation, we fragment. So that means we have pieces of ourselves, our Soul, our consciousness scattered around. And when we don’t have those pieces, we have voids, holes in our consciousness which can invite other types of entities, spirits, etc to come make a home within those voids of ourselves. So the more we push those pieces of us away, the more unhealed, contracted, and less in control of ourselves we become.

So how do we do this? How do we start?

One can definitely go to their trusted healer or myself, a shaman, etc. One can also release and heal in a safe space with a friend they trust. Or one can do it by themselves.

This requires a deep meditative state in order to be aware of the senses to pick up on what the body and soul is trying to speak out. Being open, nonjudgemental, and accepting of all that comes to the surface. And having a grounded and clear intention for this type of healing.

If you feel that you will have difficulty because of strong emotions, unsure of certain things, or just want to have someone with you to guide and help, then it will be best to have your trusted healer or guide.

Remember, you are loved. All of you. No matter what. Bring yourself home. Bring yourself back to whole. Bring all of you back to love.
